Delete Your TickWing Account
Use this public resource to request TickWing account deletion, confirm a deletion request from email, and review the retention rules that may still apply after verification.
Request account deletion
If you cannot use the in-app deletion entry, enter the email address associated with your TickWing account. This page sends an email-based request and only reports success after the deletion service accepts it.
To protect account privacy, the response stays generic. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment details, or other secrets through this form or by email.
How this request flow works
- If you are signed in on mobile, you can also open the in-app delete-account entry and continue from there.
- Enter the email address associated with your TickWing account in the request form above.
- Open the confirmation link sent to that address, if verification is required.
- After verification, TickWing aims to process the request within 30 days where technically and legally possible.
Fallback support path
If the online request form is unavailable, send an account deletion request to support@tickwing.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your TickWing account and a short confirmation that you want the account deleted.
TickWing may need to verify your identity before processing deletion. Do not send passwords, verification codes, government IDs, payment details, or other secrets through email unless support explicitly requests a safer channel.

Processing time
TickWing aims to acknowledge account deletion requests within 5 business days and complete verified deletion within 30 days where technically and legally possible. Some records may be retained for the limited reasons described above.
Request safety
This page starts or confirms an account deletion request. It does not delete an account instantly on page load, and some requests may require identity verification or support review before processing.
Deletion confirmation links are not accepted automatically. TickWing only tries to confirm the request after the user clicks the confirmation button, so email scanners, previews, or link-checking tools do not confirm deletion requests accidentally.
