Terms of Service
These terms describe account responsibilities, user-generated content rules, community standards, feeder-feature dependencies, and dispute-resolution language for TickWing.
Agreement and eligibility
By using TickWing, users agree to follow these terms and applicable laws. Users must be at least 13 years old, or the applicable minimum digital age of consent in their jurisdiction.
Accounts

- check_circleUsers may not create accounts to evade enforcement actions.
User-generated content
TickWing lets users upload and interact with videos, photos, audio recordings, sightings, comments, and profile information. Users keep ownership of their content. Users grant TickWing a limited license to host, store, display, transmit, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, provide, and improve the service.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights, permissions, and consent needed to upload or share their content.

Feeder features and third-party dependency
TickWing feeder features rely on compatible hardware, firmware, and Tuya Smart cloud services. TickWing does not manufacture feeder hardware and is not responsible for hardware defects, firmware issues, Tuya outages, Tuya API changes, or data processed exclusively by the Tuya platform.
Some feeder capabilities may depend on app version, hardware model, region, network connectivity, subscription status, and third-party service availability. A feature shown as unavailable, limited, or in testing in the app is not promised as generally available.
Moderation and enforcement
Users may report content or user behavior through in-app reporting or by email. TickWing may remove content, restrict access, issue warnings, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or report illegal activity when needed. Users may contact support if they believe an account or content action was made in error.
Account termination and deletion
Users may request account deletion by contacting support@tickwing.com. Users can also open the public account deletion page for the current request and email-confirmation flow.
Disputes and contact
These terms are governed by Hong Kong SAR law and HKIAC arbitration to the extent permitted by applicable law, with mandatory local consumer rights preserved.
