This policy explains the categories of information TickWing collects, how that information is used, and the third-party services involved in operating the app.

Who operates TickWing

TickWing is developed and operated by LiuLixiong, an individual developer based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, People's Republic of China. TickWing is a birding community application and smart bird feeder management platform.

What we do not collect

How we use information

TickWing uses collected information to create and authenticate accounts, display public profiles, enable media upload and playback, operate community features, show sightings, manage feeder features, display maps, moderate content, prevent abuse, improve stability, and respond to support requests.

TickWing does not sell personal information and does not use personal information to serve third-party ads.

Retention and deletion

TickWing generally retains personal data while an account is active and for a limited period after deletion to satisfy legal, safety, anti-abuse, audit, dispute, and backup-integrity needs. TickWing aims to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days where technically and legally possible, with backup snapshots cycling out within up to 90 days.

Your choices and requests

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or restriction of personal data. To make a privacy request, contact support@tickwing.com.

Children and international processing

TickWing is not directed to children under 13, or under the applicable local digital consent age. Users who do not meet the required age for their location should not use TickWing.

TickWing is developed from China and primarily serves North America. Infrastructure and service providers may process data in the United States or other jurisdictions described in the final provider documents.
